I'm curious about the email sorting you mentioned in your post --do you use proton as part of gmail? I have Mac mail, and have folders, but I still see EVERYTHING in my inbox and it's so overwhelming. I wish I had never comingled business and personal email because now it a nasty tangled up mess
I switched over from Gmail to Protonmail, so it's totally separate. It wasn't hard at all to switch. I bet you could move your work email to something else. It did take a few years to fully get everything separated, but you can set up forwarding, etc. It's a PITA, but it really does help to have two separate email addresses for personal and work!!
